I went to Roundabout Brewery in Lawrenceville last week for the first time, courtesy of Garret (some pictures in the last post). I was back again today for some more springtime brews, this time with James and Kate. Definitely worthy of the devotion; yet another on the long list of places that make Pittsburgh so great.
I had a Belgian-style pale last week, which was absolutely terrific. I was disappointed that it was gone this week, but the IPL *nearly* made up for it. I love these little places that are tucked away in the heart of local neighborhoods, and Roundabout certainly fits that description. Definitely worth a look if you're in the mood for a low-key spot to relax and enjoy a great local beer.
